International Project Manager
Gunnar Flebbe was a very successful International Project Manager for one of the best Hidden Champions in Germany. He worked for Ottobock in this position from March 2006 until August 2018 for 12 Years.
Ottobock is the world market leader in Prosthetics and Orthotics. The owner Hans Georg Näder (HGN) is definitely one of the most successful Entrepreneurs in Germany. Gunnar Flebbe had the reputation as one of the best Project Managers in his field in Germany. Ottobock went public in 2025. It was the most successful Go Public in Germany that year and one of the most successful ones of Hidden Champions ever. If you google “Ottobock Go Public” you find the relevant numbers, which are remarkable.
Gunnar Flebbe finished his first Profession as Program Manager:
The owner Hans Georg Näder sold Ottobock Kunststoff to Swiss Foampartner. Gunnar Flebbe was responsible for a so-called “Carve Out”. The IT-Platform of Ottobock Kunststoff was operated from the Company’s IT-Platform and had to be separated. His leading team consisted of two very experienced Project Managers for SAP and Infrastructure and 14 Part-Project Managers. Altogether more than 50 people were working in this complex Program. All Success Principles of Gunnar Flebbe are written down in his book “Endlich jeden Projektmarathon gewinnen”, published in April 2018. The First Edition is sold out.

Before Ottobock:
Gunnar Flebbe holds a Diploma from Georg-August-University as Diplom-Kaufmann. He graduated in 1993. Since 1994 Gunnar Flebbe worked in various Positions as Project Manager, Senior Consultant FI / CO SAP. And as Lecturer at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria.
Gunnar Flebbe was Lecturer for Controlling and International Management.
TRANSFORMATION and TIME OUT
Gunnar Flebbe was together with his US-Partner Christine for 27 years. They met in Manhattan and got married in Braunschweig. They have two wonderful sons and lived a DREAMLIFE.
After 27 years of relationship it just did not work out anymore. GUNNAR was desperate and not able to digest his losses.
NOT AT ALL…
Starting in August 2018 it took Seven Years of deep transformation to turn these losses into a new foundation. During this time, GUNNAR began to write down the Essence of his Experiences. On the basis of his knowledge and his deep and painful experiences GUNNAR summed everything up, what is required to live Your DREAMLIFE.
His Book DREAMLIFE and everlasting HAPPINESS will be published by the end of 2026. It is written easily. You do not find competence signals like Kant said, Goethe said and all these quotations. Because there is Universal Knowledge in the world for every field. You can take Spirituality, Finances or Winner Mentality. The essence and truth is worldwide similar, if not the same. There also will be no hint to read further books. You can read them, of course. And it sometimes makes sense to even go deeper into a topic of very high interest.
GUNNAR started his Turn Around in October 2025. He fought himself back into LIFE. Step by step. It was not at all easy. Sometimes he had the feeling it was impossible. But he never gave up. Just like in his complicated Projects. He made progress quickly and had his successes.
So his situation became better and better with every week.
What does GUNNAR say about his current situation?
“I live my DREAMLIFE. I know for example where I want to be in two years in various aspects of life. Not 100 Percent in detail. But I have a BIG DREAM. And I fully enjoy the PRESENCE.
I have the self-confidence to achieve these goals. And this is what counts. You are on track. You live your DREAM already without having achieved everything yet. And you will very likely not achieve everything in every detail.
But you are on YOUR way and You know it and YOU feel it. And this is what counts in life. Your LIFE is exciting and challenging…
And I would like to reach my 100th Birthday in a healthy condition.
But that said: I can do a lot for my health, my mind and my body.
But in the end the Universe decides.
The Higher Power. So just trust the Higher Power, which sees everything and supports YOU if you are very thankful for the things life gives you. And if you practice abundance for yourself. You fill yourself with everything you want and need. This is the prerequisite to give others what they want and need. If you live that you experience true love.
